Niettegenstaande de hyper-exponentiële en disruptieve toename van "prestatie-indicatoren" door grote hightechbedrijven, die de tektonische toename van de productiviteit weerspiegelen in alle sferen en banen van het menselijk, professioneel, ondernemend, commercieel en bedrijfseconomisch leven, evenals overheidsinstanties en multilaterale en supranationale organisaties, is er een dwingende behoefte aan het geïntegreerde ensemble van gezond verstand, prudentie, wijsheid, geavanceerd onderwijs, onberispelijke tact, leiderschap, emotionele intelligentie en overvloedig "management", dat, in de pragmatische toepassing, alle aspecten omvat met een fundament van niet-theologische alwetendheid, en, natuurlijk, alle toepassingen van grote hightech en actuele wetenschappelijke kennis.
Bovendien moet men zich afvragen waar morele waarden, integriteit en professionele en bedrijfsethiek zich bevinden. Deze waarden, hoewel schijnbaar "zacht", worden echter ineffectief gemaakt zonder een multidimensionaal en kruisverwezen onderwijs, versterkt met de toepasselijke instrumenten die worden geleverd door particuliere universiteiten van wereldklasse en de "turnkey" oplossingen die worden aangeboden door transnationale grote hightechbedrijven. We zijn momenteel getuige van de convergentie van meerdere tijdperken op 25 februari 2025: het tijdperk van transformatieve verandering, het tijdperk van geavanceerd onderwijs, het vloeiende tijdperk van real-time aankomst in het "hier en nu" van de toekomst die het heden voortdurend "kaapt", gekoppeld aan de komst van het "papierloze" universum door middel van robotica, humanoïden, generatieve kunstmatige intelligentie, machine learning, cloudgebaseerde supercomputing (via internet) en de ontluikende maar exponentieel versnellende kwantumsupercomputing.
De auteur moet informeren en waarschuwen dat we overgaan van de state-of-the-art in wetenschappen en technologieën naar een reële wereld van tastbare en voelbare kwantumrealiteiten. Degenen die niet begrijpen en weigeren te onderwijzen, aan te passen, opnieuw uit te vinden, te "resetten" en de meest actuele en kwalitatieve "upgrade" na te streven, zullen werkloos worden, hun beroepen verouderd en geautomatiseerd door de nieuwste, niet-lineair voortschrijdende, "immateriële" "bekende inputs" gecreëerd door de vooraanstaande grote hightechorganisaties. Na zorgvuldige overweging is het absoluut noodzakelijk om iemands talenten en professionele vaardigheden te cultiveren, samen met passende professionele ontwikkeling, om alle facetten "holistisch" te omvatten en te integreren op de meest versterkte manier die ooit is bedacht of geïmplementeerd.

Het is een drogreden om te beweren dat persoonlijke, professionele, beroepsmatige, zakelijke, educatieve, onderzoeks- en ontwikkelings- en innovatie-inspanningen effectief kunnen worden uitgevoerd zonder de absolute en volledige integratie, ontdaan van ambiguïteiten, van al deze praktische disciplines. Dit is uitgebreid gearticuleerd door de gewaardeerde academicus en visionaire denker Peter Drucker. Evenzo heeft auteur Tom Peters deze concepten behandeld in "In Search of Excellence", "Passion for Excellence" en "REIMAGINE".
